February ramping up can only mean one thing: National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) is right around the corner. And this year, NCPW is March 1 – 7, 2026. Here are some ways to start planning:
- Check out ftc.gov/ncpw — and keep coming back for updates. You’ll find social media graphics, messages, and ideas on how to up your NCPW game. Later in February you’ll also find in-person and virtual events that are open to the public.
- Order materials early. Hosting an event for NCPW and want to give out free resources on avoiding frauds and scams? Order print materials from Bulkorder.ftc.gov by February 6th to ensure delivery in time for NCPW. They also ship free!
- Attend a webinar. Whether you’re new to NCPW or a seasoned veteran, come learn about outreach and program ideas to bring your events and messaging to the next level.
- February 5, 2026 at 2pm ET
- February 25, 2026 at 12pm ET (co-hosted by the New York Public Library)
