Im on disability and wondering when check will be on my direct express . its still not here how do u get answers when so many of us need the money and was put last

For those of us that filled electronically in mid January through turbo tax & set up direct deposit to MY bank account and did my fiance taxes same way & direct deposit to my bank acount he wanted since he dont have an account. We've both recieved both our tax refunds & he recieved his stimulus check direct deposited like our refunds both were plus $ for OUR KIDS BUT I HAVEN'T received MY stimulus check yet and had a lower income then his income was for 2019. The IRS tool wont bring up my information so where or when do I expect to recieve my stimulus$ direct deposited????

I've heard that a lot of people who have direct deposit, which the government has their information on, are still recieving their stmulas money by paper check in the mail rather on their cards. Why is this??

I don't understand because somebody on disability barely has any money anyway and they let somebody claim them cuz they help them pay a few bills during the year they get their stimulus check but I don't get mine. When somebody claims you you don't get no money for them claiming you but they still get the money from their income tax plus they get a stimulus check plus they're out of work now getting unemployment with $600 a week added to it and I get $1,200 a month social security disability and I don't even get my little $1,200 stimulus check that is not right. Also I got a grandson 21 years old that works and paid in $3,000 in taxes and because his mom still claims him cuz he's still at home they don't get no extra money for claiming him but then he don't get his stimulus check either none of that makes no sense so my granddaughter that claimed me got her stimulus check plus she's getting $2400 a month on unemployment but I don't get my little $1,200 none of that make sense. Everybody should have got a check regardless if somebody claim them or not cuz just them being claim don't give them no extra money they already struggling or they wouldn't be haven't have helped through the year call social security is barely enough to live on so we should be the ones that got our checks first. I work for 30 years so why would you want to keep my little $1,200 stimulus check I don't have no extra money I had to buy extra cleaning stuff Lysol cuz I have a lung condition I had to buy hand sanitizer extra stuff that I don't usually buy during the month and don't have the money to buy now especially since I didn't get a check.

not right I think it's not right how somebody who pays taxes for years doesn't get a check because they owe back child support but somebody who's homeless and doesn't pay taxes at all should get it. So we don't need help because we owe child so we deserve to not pay our bills because we owe child support cant even pay the child support because can't work right now

I filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt along with American Express. Only to find out that the stimulus check that I need so badly to keep me from being homeless will not be coming. I reached out to Jh right up to the last minute and they confirmed to me that there was no worry that I would receive a payment right on that same blue AE serve card and that just has not happened . I can't even access the get my payment site because the prepare at jh some how entered my information correctly. Who could have seen this coming. Its important to do business with reliable people because you never know when the economy will be shut down and we will need the work that they've done for you to speak for you. So I sit here waiting for someone at jh or ae to answer the phone and they send me to a recording. So hopefully the President will see my post and know that we people that did our taxes with Jackson Hewitt and American Express using the serve card hasn't received a penny yet and yes we worked hard and is deserving of some help also.
