If you were prescribed Suboxone® film, you may be eligible to get money

I filed a claim and have a claim number and have not received my check. They sent me a defiency notice because at first I claimed 81 months (I have been prescribed suboxone for 20 years since 2001). I sent the defiency notice back in January and claimed 72 months like they said to do since it was the maximum amount of months I could claim. Anyways, I have called them numerous times and they keep telling me they put it in escalations and someone will reach out to me but no one hasn't or has not looked in to it. Can someone tell me why? I have a claim number. Does anyone know who I can contact besides the suboxone claim center? Like a lawyer or should I contact the FTC? Thank you.

I'm worried mine was stolen from my mailbox....I sure hope they can retrace it if so....or see if I was sent one.... I'm not seeing any way to track or find out if a payment was issued.

The prepaid card is a JOKE!!! I tried to pay a bill with it DECLINED!! Tried to use it on PayPal DECLINED!! Man I need a car and part of the money I could have used for a down payment but DECLINED!!!

Wow i heard of this a couple months ago. I was on sub from 19- 21 an i was told of there was any money left over than i would be sent a check. What is that? Who does that?

I don't recall the dates being stated when i filled my claim I have proof I have been on Suboxone and subutex for 7 going on 8 years now how their only paying me for six months I dont understand how it got marked only 6 months. When I can show evidence. I hope they will fix mine as soon as possible

I’ve been on suboxone since about 2007 and am still on it.I’m curious as to who is eligible for $10,000 ? I got a check for a little over $2,500 but I’m curious why so little if checks are up to $10,000 and I’ve been on films for about 15 years but my check was on smaller end?

I applied to the waiting list at the beginning of this month. When will I find out if there are any funds left over, or if I will get any of the lawsuit monies? From what I've read, the first round has already been dispersed.

I'm so sick of the FTC staff repeating over and over again there was a press release made and there was a blog giving out the information of the lawsuit. They sent it to radio television online. I'm so sick of hearing that. Why didn't someone send the press release to AA and NA? That would have guaranteed 99.9% of people who were on this medication would have been notified about this lawsuit. Can someone answer that question for me?

Mine was paid for by insurance. But nobody was informed of this lawsuit. You have to go look for it. They don’t have a list of people on it that would violate Hyppa law‘s. I saw on an ad. I clicked on it and I got 2143 on a MasterCard Other people in the medicine didn’t believe me that I got it because I didn’t get information well you can still apply if there’s money left.If anyone had to pay for it out of pocket and did not know they were generic so I can understand them getting it if they didn’t know but I knew they were generics along time ago but we were not given the choice at my clinic I was at. That’s where it gets foggy that people were not given the choice and still had to pay for non-generic Even if they did not have insurance which that part is not right. People should be informed but can’t be. I have informed people about it.

The FTC needs to file an additional lawsuit for all of the suboxone patients left out of this lawsuit pay out. The FTC should compile a list by pharmacy for all patients during this time frame. I never saw any marketing pieces. No one notified me via email, my suboxone dr nor my long term pharmacy. This is totally unacceptable Submitting a claim for a wait list on any funds remains most certainly would be a waste of time

I have a question, I did not know any of this information until a friend told me. I have been on suboxone since 2011. How do I go about filing for a claim. I mean I didn't know they was scammers and yes the pills are very expensive.

They told me since I put 76 weeks my claim got denied because 72 was max. I told them if I put 76 then to anyone it would clearly be the max of 72 but still haven't gotten it resolved! What a joke

How is it fair that everybody there is on Suboxone previously or currently did not get to know about this they know who they’re giving this product to I had no idea about this I’ve been on it for over seven years and now I’m finding out about a lawsuit settlement and now the deadlines over how is that fair to me when I’ve been having to pay $800 whatever and now my insurance doesn’t cover it at all I would really like somebody to get in contact with me to discuss this deadline I missed when people I know in my area were included in this and they haven’t been on Suboxone in years and I’m still on it

Hello I found out that my check and that my husbands card was sent to the wrong address. I sent an email to them and was told they were voicing my check and I would be reissued a check and was given a number to get a new card for my husband. I called the number for my husband and he received a replacement card in 5 days. I am still waiting on my check. This was back on June 18 2021. How long will it take to get the replacement check?

I have been on Suboxone since 2007. The reason that most of us did not know about this or see any billboard ad, hear any radio spots or any other advertising will be because we were all at home ! there was a pandemic going on! Not many of us were out and about and socializing . Most of us were having our doctor's visit over the phone !!!I was online everyday! I never saw an advertisement for it once!! There was not enough notification or time to be notified. The deadline should have been extended because of the pandemic! those of us that were forced to be excluded should speak to lawyers ourselves because we deserve to be compensated too! I know I will speaking to one! Most of us have been isolated for over a year due to circumstances beyond our control!

I received an emails today telling me I was mailed a card on may 10 2021. But I’ve never received one. I called the number said he will send a new one but I’m not holding my breath. Wonder why mine was never received. :(

I've been on these since November 17,2007. I try to ween of and I cant. I pay a 15.00 copays every month and csnt even get the choice of non generics. Since july 2021 they want you to get the generics which gove me a migraine headache. Please let me know what how o can see about getting on this. Also I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THIS

My claim was denied apparently you could not go over 72 months on Suboxone on my claim I wrote 78 apparently I was emailed aDispute form in January 2021 I never received it I am assuming because of spam it could’ve went in there I feel that something this important should have been sent out in letter form in the US mail I’m very very confused

Then on Suboxone for 15 years now and I just heard about this overcharge I’ve been buying and paying cash the whole time for a doctors visit and prescriptions I hope there is a waiting list for another upcoming lawsuit I would love to be included they deserve to be punished

I was never informed of this and I paid CASH for my suboxone.. 90 a month, not to mention the monthly doctor bills that he generated! I moved from Oklahoma to Michigan, but had my mail forwarded. Needless, I'm back on Suboxone again, and I still get left in the dark! Called the claims center, and it's too late to apply. Total drag

This is insane it truly is my dr. Has never wanted to take me off this medication even though I have asked many times this is ridiculous I wish I would have known about this. Suboxone has caused so many issues including issues with my teeth.

I seriously wish I would of known about this lawsuit. I paid thousands of dollars for my son & I for Suboxene strips. What about the ones who failed to see the original blog? Are we simply out of luck? Darn shame.

I dont think its fair to close the suboxone refund program when I just heard about it 2 days ago. I dont think they gave adequate notice at all. I have been on this medication since 2013 and had to pay over $600 a month. I have been at the same pharmacy since day 1. I want to be a part of this refund program. They need to open this refund case back up.

I was prescribed suboxone film for 8years, I have pharmacy printout VERIFYING I was on 3x daily. I had to pay cash for each 1. Please people signed up 2x and gotb $2586.00 , so i should be entitled to the same. If it's legit please help
